I am the Research Associate on the Leverhulme Trust funded project 'Geospatial Innovation in the Digital Humanities: A Deep Map of the English Lake District', which runs from 2015-18. I completed my PhD, titled 'Writing Spaces: the Coleridge family's agoraphobic poetics, 1796-1898', in December 2015 at Keele University. My main research interests lie in literary geographies, particularly imaginative responses to and constructions of space in nineteenth-century poetry, literary inheritance, and the use of cartography in fictional works.
